In order to achieve the goals of excellent and stable quality, rapid response, and comprehensive service, ECO Clean Material Technology Co., Ltd. has introduced advanced cutting, washing, drying, packaging, and testing equipment, and built a high-grade Class 10-100 cleanroom to ensure that cutting, washing, drying, and packaging are all carried out in a controlled environment.
We promise that all the wiping cloths produced by ECO have three major quality advantages: no residue after wiping, no shedding of debris during wiping, and strong dirt removal ability. In order to ensure stable quality for customers, ECO Company has independently developed a wiping debris evaluation system and a cleanroom wiper residue evaluation system, effectively eliminating the problem that the previous dust particle and residue detection reports could not provide effective quality references for customers.
At present, the company has 98 employees. In terms of scale, the factory area is more than 6,000 square meters, and it has an independent canteen and staff dormitories. Currently, the production equipment includes: 3 hot cutting slitting machines, 2 hot cutting crosscutting machines, 12 laser cutting machines, 6 ultrasonic crosscutting machines, 4 cleanroom wiper washing machines, 4 cleanroom wiper drying machines, 6 non-woven fabric cutting machines, 12 cleanroom swab machines, 2 cleanroom swab washing and drying machines, 1 non-woven fabric defect detector, 1 automatic disinfection wet wipe production equipment, 1 SMT wiping paper roll production equipment, and 1 cleanroom mop quilting machine.
The testing equipment includes: Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer, Dionex Ion Chromatograph, Air Particle Counter (APC), PMS Laser Particle Counter (LPC) and other experimental instruments. In terms of quality control, the company has passed the TUV ISO management system.
